We ship worldwide through DHL. Except for pieces marked as "Ready to Ship", VIVI handcrafts each piece to order to reduce environmental impact, so everything is made specially for you. Please allow 8 to 10 days for our precious pieces to be made before shipment.

Shipping time can vary according to your location, our estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days from shipping confirmation. As soon as we ship your order we'll send you an email notification with a link to your tracking. 

Please note that all of our pieces are hand made and shipped from Colombia. Local customs may apply depending on your location and are not included in the shipping price or total at checkout. If there are customs duties, VAT, or any associated import fees for your shipment, it is your responsibility to pay upon delivery. We are not responsible for any import duty costs. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Items returned to us due to unpaid import fees will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. If you refuse the delivery of your package, there will be a 20% restock fee when the package is returned to us.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.



Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale. We use natural gemstones which means that every gemstone is unique and that small variations in color and specs can occur. VIVI handpicks every gemstone for you to guarantee its quality and beauty. 

All of our precious objects are made with a lot of love and are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive a dream jewel. If you think you have received a faulty item or you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us immediately at or via WhatsApp to discuss possible options, not later than three days after the reception date.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.

For exchangeable items, if you want to exchange a ring or bracelet for a different size, please message us on WhatsApp or send us an e-mail at as soon as possible and no later than three days. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for size exchange orders. Some items including personalized items are not exchangeable, for these kind of items we highly recommend you contact us before placing your order so we can help you choose the right size

Exchanges are available if there is a defect* in the product. When your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items must be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged in postage cannot be replaced nor refunded. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

*Defects DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, scratched, oxidized or on which the rhodium plating is fading. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
